  • US $ 28 billion European Electricity Company wanted to setup its Power Generation Segment in India & it retained Corporate Insight to select and train the entire team which grew to more than 200 persons in three years time! 

  • Corporate Insight designed and conducted several training workshops for a start up team,including Induction Training for several groups of the Retail Foods Sales Team to induct them into the Agro-food MNC’s culture 

  • A Public Sector Power Transmission utility formed out of the amalgamation of six public utility companies; needed to know the strengths and weaknesses of its manpower.Corporate Insight was invited to design and conduct a pilot Training Needs Assessment study covering almost 1000 personnel in 14 locations spread over three states of Northern India and two Union Territories. The study involved face to face interview and testing of the 1000 personnel and then recommending a training plan. The entire exercise was completed in 14 days and covered 998 personnel from Executive Director to Lineman/Helper. The pilot study was later formalized into a TNA for all 6 regions of the corporation and internal resources were used to conduct the same.
